Children entering the Early Years at Woodfield, have a range of different experiences and a variety of skills and interests which they bring with them to school. To ensure that our Early Years’ curriculum is effective, it is carefully structured with quality teaching which builds upon the children’s existing skills and knowledge. Learning is promoted through play and teachers plan for the needs and interests of all children giving them the opportunity to learn about the world around them and access rich and stimulating experiences in the well-planned-out and well-organised learning environment.
