Educational Visits
Trips, visitors and experiences are things we all remember from our school days. The benefits and learning to children on a trip is invaluable in many ways. The knowledge gained and applied to what they have already learnt is vast and the social interactions and confidence they gain in seeing and embracing new places, things and people is wonderful to see. The impact of trips, visitors and experiences is seen in children’s vocabulary and their ability to talk about learning as they apply what they have seen and now find it relatable after their observations.
We grasp opportunities and seek to work in partnerships to ensure equality of access and that our children have opportunities to prepare them for their next stage in life and to support their current learning. We endeavour to always find a way to ensure children get these wider opportunities and enhancements to their broad and balanced curriculum, wherever possible removing any barriers that may arise.
