esterday was our very first session with South Yorkshire Police which commenced the Mini Police programme for pupils in school.

Mini Police will last for two years throughout Year 5 and Year 6 for these lucky chosen pupils.

This week the Mini Police comprised a set of rules they need to adhere to in school and took their Mini Police oath of allegiance and were presented with their uniforms, note books and certificates.  I think you will all agree they look very smart indeed!

Our next session is on 11th November 2021 and we will be tackling road safety and in particular looking at parental parking around school.

You may also see our Mini Police helping out at school events such as concerts where they will assist with event management just like a real Police Officer would at large scale events.
