Subject Leadership

At Woodfield, we believe that strong subject leadership underpins effective curriculum development. As a school, we have a strong curriculum team who provide structure, professional development and peer challenge in a supportive manner to all subject leaders.

Subject leaders discuss and share action plans, priorities, monitoring and evaluation and have direct involvement with curriculum budget management. This approach has allowed subject leaders to evaluate strengths and areas for development in order for subjects to move forwards.
